I recently just battled the trainer that has 6 magikarp in blue and i thought, why doesn’t he come back later in the game, say in unknown dungeon, with 6 gyarados?

With games like this, a “drink” would be a “sip” from a beer or similar drink. Generally it would mean a standard mouthfull. Finishing your drink, obviously means drinking whatever is left in your cup or bottle, so at times this isn’t so bad.

Not if you take shots of beer, Centurion is suicidal. I played Centurion with my two mates a few weeks back, one gave up and me and the other passed out at around 70, But we had been heavily drinking before hand too :L

We usually play with glasses, and a “drink” would be a fingers width of drink
drink is usually a gulp of what ever mixed drink or beer you are using… finishing it is kinda self explanatory… you finish the drink you are using and grab a new glass or can
pooring beer into a shot glass is a common way to play these types of games. A 12 oz beer will fill 8 shot glasses (1.5 oz). Because this game grants about 30 drinks per person per play, you’ll consume roughly 4 beers per game.
A game like this takes usually no more than an hour, so if you player two games, you’d have 7.5 beers in less than two hours. This will give you a nice buzz.
To give this a sense of proportion, a ‘power hour’ is 7.5 beers across one hour, and this generally gets people drunk or very close.

You’re only prohibited from talking if you’re actually in the Pokemon tower. If you aren’t and someone lands on it, you don’t have to worry, as you can already talk anyway.

It’s either a typo or a cleverly hidden way of forcing people to drink. Everyone is pretty much wasted at this point, so when they get to that mark, they won’t stop and remember that there are only 14 typles, not 15. Basically, it forces them to take at least 2 drinks because they think they are missing one.
actually I quickly did this, there are 15. 1. fire 2. grass 3. bug 4. poison 5. water 6. ice 7. psychic 8. ghost 9. fighting 10. rock 11. ground 12. electric 13. normal 14. dragon. 15. flying.
It’s always a nice challenge to try and remember the first 15 types. People always slip on dragon, ice, and poison.
And this is why you memorize “2.B.A. Master.”
Hang on. ‘Flying’ wasn’t an official type in the originals though was it? I didn’t think they had dual typing until the next gen?
There are actually only 15 original types. In Gen II, Steel and Dark were added, giving us our current total of 17. 17-2=15

I don´t understand the Elite 4 field(English is not my native language so I don´t know the exact way Pokémon-Grammar is handled.
In the first pokémon generation, pokémon could be 15 different types.

You’re supposed to name as many of these 15 types as possible in 30 seconds.
I know it´s the first generation (NO i deny to know of any other generations!)
i just didn´t know the pokémon were divided into types on the gameboy and I never really played the Card Game.

I see what you mean, he set out to make a drinking game that was pokemon themed. Further, he tried to add types and heavy refrences to the storyline of the first games.
Other than the things he set out to do, he completely failed in respect to his ambitions.

Bulbasaur is not weak to Beedrill.
Bug attacks like Beedrill’s Twineedle were super effective against Bulbasaur in Generation I.
Bulbasaur is grass/poison. Beedrill is bug/poison. Bulbasaur’s types are both not very effective against Beedrill, while Beedrill’s bug attacks are 4x effective to Bulbasaur(by red/blue/yellow type chart)
Lol in the original gen grass types are weak to bug types.
One of the grass type’s weaknesses is poison. Beedrill is bug/poison
Bulbasaur = Grass/Poison.
Grass is weak against poison.
But Bulbasaur is not, he’s poison himself
Bug, flying and poison is super effective against grass, atleast in gen 1 and 2. I don’t think you could fit Beedrill in another category than those three if you tried.
If they are referring to strict grass types, then yes, grass is weak to bug. However, Bulbasaur was grasss/poison if I am not mistaken. This would cancel out the weakness to Bug. And yes, Beedrill had bug attacks, Twin Needle and Pin Missle.

I only know these things because I only played a lot of red and blue when it came out.. then got bored of it after yellow. Still play some pokemon, but only red/blue/yellow and some leaf green.
Actually, the official guide explained it with multipliers rather than strenght.
So basically, if you have a Bug type fighting a Grass/Poison, it goes as so:
Bug gives you a 1.5x or 2x over grass, and a 1x over poison (meaning it works normally). You would then add your multipliers and make an average. So it would be 2.5x divided by 2. So 1.25x for a Bug type over a Grass/poison type. Less effective, but still better than no advantage.
So if one person lands on a pink, do we think everyone have to drink?
Pretty sure it means you take a drink no matter what type you are, so I’d assume only if u land on pink.

Shouldn’t the Lapras square be red, not green? Last time I checked, it was fire that was weak against water, not grass.
It’s an ice type too.
Lapras has a lot of Ice Moves. It’s a Water/Ice Type, so it can learn Blizzard, which is good against grass.

If you have drinks left at the end, what do you do?
Do you have to play till everyone is finished?
Do you only drink your drink when it says so?
Some parts id don’t get, but at least it is the most awesome game ever made!!

3. drinks left your choice but man law states no wasted booze.
4. that ones your choice really, nice philosophizing.
5. again your choice, typically you’ll forget and drink thru out, like every drinking game. i’ve only ever played one game that determined the winner on who finished the drink first.
